You may notice that one day you feel up and on top of the world and yet the next day you may be feeling depair.
Remember the energies that are entering planet earth are affecting your physical bodies in new ways
As you integrate these new energies you will find that you have more energy. And yet, as the body takes in these new energy pulses, there are cellular charges which can, at first, cause the body to feel fatiqued.
Thee are the times to remember to rest and to take special care of yourself. Learn to laugh and let go and feel lighthearted As you do this, the body has an easier time, as does the mind.
Remember that not all thoughts come from your mind, and practicing letting go of thoughts that cause uncomfortable feelings for yoy is extremely beneficial
Often we ae tempted to believe that we should be thinking and mulling over our problems all of the time, but this is simply not true.
Allowing yourself to focus on negative ideas clouds the mind, and muddles your thinking, creating feelings of fear, doubt, anger etc.
You do not need to think about your problems every waking moment. They will begin to seem unurmountable.
Noticing how you feel helps you to realize where you can change your focus. When feeling fearful thoughts, create the opposite thought.
As we integrate the new energies, our world will change drastically and in your lifetime you will see a new age of enlightenment, kindness, well being on planet earth
Become excited about the new life that you are creating for yourself, and realize how much this not only helps you, but also those around you. You are actually helping the whole world
