Learning acceptance
Things may not be exactly as you wish right now, but learning to accept "what is" in the moment can help you to release the resisting, the internal struggle.
This frees up the psychic energy in the body and you will feel less fatiqued
Remember that you can learn from every event, and every situation and so you do not need to constantly label events as "good" or "bad".
This practice will help free up mental energy that we often associate with "bad" events and "bad" situations.,
Events and situations that feel uncomfortable do not stay that way forever. The universe is constantly in flux.
Every day you have chores to do . When there is an uncomfortable situation for you to rectify,y ou can consider it as one of your chores. You then break it down into smaller, more manageable chores which will help the mind feel more relaxed, in control, and yet still able to get the job done.
We often feel emotions that we do not want to feel, such as anger, guilt and fear. If we continually resist these feelings they will tend to continue.
Allow feelings to wash over your body Resisting them can cause them to lodge in the body later causing pain or irritability. Forgive yourself.
When you are not feeling perfect, see yourself as a little child who needs love and understanding. Since you are an adult, you can nourish this inner child within you.
Feelings come and go and often do not even originate within us. So we do not need to own them.
When you are feeling stuck in a negative emotion, imagine its counterpart, and imagine that is now your mood.
When a thought scares you, imagine its opposite thought. This is one ay to create your own affirmations on areas you feel you need to work on.
Imagine a place you love, and the peoiple that you love. Re-live a happy day in your life.
Daydream!
Spend some time day dreamig like you did as a child. Have fun and create everything you want in your imagination. How does it feel to be healthy, and full of energy? How does your house look? Now, make it better!
Have fun every day creating in your mind those things that you would like to see transpire. You dont need to think and imagine how it happens Just create how you would feel with those end results.
Accept that things actually are getting better and better in your life
